PRIVATE SESSIONS
Let’s talk about what happens during a 1:1 sound healing session, as many people confuse it with the same experience as a group sound bath. The main difference of a 1:1 session is its privacy, of course, where you can fully relax without anyone else around you.

The second main difference is the technique. During a 1:1 sound healing session, we mostly work with Tibetan bowls and Divya music instruments.
Vibroacoustic massage is a form of sound therapy that originated in the Himalayas. It’s a frequency massage using a Tibetan singing bowl—an ancient healing instrument.

In practical terms, during the treatment, a singing bowl is placed directly on your body and moved along your body while I tap and activate it to vibrate and create sound. As a result, you feel deep tissue vibration and full-body relaxation. This is a deeply healing treatment that can release tension in the physical body, alleviate muscular aches and pains, increase energy levels, as well as reduce the effects of stress, anxiety, and insomnia, eliminate energy blockages, and help balance emotions.

Each session is tailored according to the personal needs of each client.
Same as with any energy work, when you practice 1:1 sound healing regularly, you will get deeper results.

The duration of the session is 60 minutes or 90 minutes.
A 1:1 sound healing session is a holistic way to relax your body and mind, help your nervous system, and heal your energy.



GROUP SESSIONS
Exploring the Group Sound Bath Experience
A sound bath is a soothing and meditative experience where participants are "bathed" in the sound waves produced by instruments like crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, Divya xylophone and chimes. These sounds help to induce a state of deep relaxation and healing.

During the session, participants lie down comfortably as I orchestrate a symphony of sounds that wash over and resonate through the body. This helps in releasing tension, reducing stress and anxiety, and promoting a deep state of relaxation. The harmonious vibrations can also improve focus, alleviate pain, and balance emotional states.
